Our Store Policies

Payments:

Please note that this site is not serving as an online store for the time being. Products ready to order or small customized items for sale will be posted and can be purchased on Etsy. Other custom or large batch orders and requests must be submitted through this site to begin the ordering process.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Pre-made items:

Returns and Exchanges:

Items that were purchased as pre-made and have not been customized or engraved can be returned for a full refund minus the cost of shipping or exchanged for an item of equal value up to 10 days after the items have been received by customers. 

 

Processing and Shipping:

Pre-made items will not need any processing time and will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase. If pre-made items are to be customized or engraved as an added on purchase, they will be then categorized as a custom or special item in terms of needing an additional 1-5 business days of processing time as well as returns and exchanges. 

 

Made to Order Items:

Returns and Exchanges:

Made to Order items are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Items will be matched to the specifications, colors and tones, species of wood, and size as closely as possible but may have slight variations from the items shown in the photos selected during the ordering process. In addition, any engraved or laser cut images and/or text on the item will be approved by the customer. Different wood species yield different results with laser cutting and engraving. By selecting a made to order item, you are agreeing to purchase the item as it is received regardless of small variations in any of these categories stated above.

 

Shipping and processing:

Made to order items will require processing time to allow for any needed purchase of materials, building and adequate drying time for any finish applied to the items. Items will then be shipped within 1-3 business days of completion. Customers will agree to the estimated processing time when they accept the custom order form.

 

Customized or Special Order Items:

Returns and Exchanges:

Items that have been customized or special ordered can not be returned or exchanged after the customer has signed off on the agreed upon conditions and specifications of the item(s). Once a custom order form for a customized or specialized item has been submitted and approved, an initial non-refundable payment equal to 20% of the item price must be paid in order for work on the item to begin. The remainder of the payment for the items will be due upon the item's completion and prior to shipping. Any orders that need to be canceled prior to the final payment can be canceled prior to the final approval form being signed but the initial 20% payment will not be refunded.

 

ETSY: All orders fulfilled on ETSY will fall under ETSY’s policies in addition to the policies above.
